I studied Computer Science and Biomedical Informatics in the University of Thessaly. I am currently a Bioinformatics Master student in the University of Crete, carrying out my thesis in the Manousaki group in HCMR. My research interests include evolutionary genomic analysis, comparative genomics, population genetics and phylogenetics.
